Why take this course

CPD Provider LogoRelationship issues are one of the most common causes of emotional distress – and often the reason people seek help. A solid understanding of why difficulties arise, and what can be done about them, is extremely useful therefore for all caring professionals, not just those working with couples.

Drawing on pioneering research, Jennifer Broadley’s one-day couples counselling course gives you this important knowledge, along with a range of strategies and proven tips for working effectively and ethically with more than one client.  She shares the practical guidelines and skills she has acquired over many years of successfully helping couples using the human givens approach to build and maintain supportive and mutually rewarding relationships.

Presented without psychobabble, and making good use of insightful case histories, Jennifer demystifies an area of counselling that many find daunting or fear is complicated.

The day covers: the most effective ways to help and build rapport with couples in conflicted relationships; the sex differences in processing emotions; non-blame talking styles; the long-term impact of parenting; past conditioning, including psychological traumas, that can give clues about why difficulties arose; and what we can learn from the way successful couples facilitate mutual needs satisfaction.

Well worth attending – and the money. I'm going back refreshed and well resourced, with lots of new skills and strategies to try.

Reviews for this course

4.6/5 (206 Reviews)
  1. Carolyn M Coombes, Psychotherapist

I loved the tone of the training, very little ethereal concepts and plenty of examples and practical tips and ideas to improve the flow and success of couples therapy sessions

  2. Delton Edwards, Counsellor

I felt the course was very informative. I have experience of working with couples but learned a lot more due to the masterclass. The recourses were also excellent and have used the 9 box squares a number of times to great effect. I would recommend this course to others as I felt it covered a lot of information that was very valuable in just one day.

  3. Counsellor

I found the couple counselling 1 day course very informative. It had lots of content and was delivered in a clear concise user friendly open manner. I felt I learnt a lot about couples counselling from a Human GIvens perspective and Solution Focus Therapy perspective. Although there was a lot of listening and learning, the course deliverer was also open to any questions. Also we were able to fit in a break out discussion session. I feel it covered a lot in one day.

  4. Theresa Lawrence, Therapist

I really enjoyed the Couples Therapy online training course which I attended recently. I have been considering training to be a couples counsellor for a while and this course was recommended to be by one of my peers. Jennifer Broadley was a very engaging trainer and covered a great deal of very useful and interesting information, which I found invaluable. The pace of the course was set out very well with adequate breaks and the quality of handouts given was very high. I would highly recommend this course to any therapists who are considering becoming couples counsellors or any couples counsellors who want to expand and firm up their skillset.

  5. Counsellor

I found the course very informative with a lot of useful information to enable me to have the confidence to counsel couples which I have not experienced so far. I even found the information useful to understand my own relationship better.
I think it will also be useful when I counsel individual clients with problems within their relationships.

  6. Sarah Fox, Counsellor

I was unable to attend the live training but have watched the recording today and thoroughly enjoyed it. Jennifer is clearly very knowledgeable and experienced, and the way she delivers the training is engaging and inspiring. She makes me want to learn more and develop myself further, professionally and personally. I love the simple techniques she uses to help us remember and the obvious passion she has for helping couples. Thank you!

  7. Counsellor/ Finance professional

Very informative and practical course. Learnt tools that can be used in my counselling practice, not only in couples but many other kinds of relationships

  8. HG Therapist

I found the course helpful but quite basic. As I am a HG therapist I have already learned how to use RIGAAR and other HG tools. It was interesting to listen about some cases.

  9. Private Practice

Informative and interesting course for practitioners wanting to learn about engaging with couples and enhance their practice.

  10. Psychotherapist

Again, a fabulous course by Jennifer. Jennifer has mastered the pace and delivery. I thoroughly enjoyed the online couples therapy which cemented some of my previous learning.

  11. Counsellor

The course was clear and concise and gave me the skills i felt i was lacking. I found the tools and exercises very helpful and will certainly use them the next time I have a session with a couple. The course well organised and efficiently presented.

  12. Couples and individual counsellor but my main role is as a Social Work consultant and trainer with expertise in adoption and fostering

Overall I thought the course structure and input was very good. I would have welcomed more time in break out rooms as it is very hard to concentrate and listen to one speaker on line for such lengthy periods. A couple of things concerned me however. Firstly, that people who are trained with individuals assume that by doing a one day course that would equip you adequately to work with couples? When i trained we had to do 200 practice hours with couples. I don’t think working with couples means there is just another person in the room there is in fact a whole new dynamic to attend to. The attitude of some folk in the room seemed to be that they’d just give it a go—-surely that is dangerous and undermines the qualifications of those who have specifically trained in couples work ? Secondly if you are providing input to people with no knowledge of couples work I think you need to outline the circumstances in which couple work would be ill advised. Domestic abuse was touched upon but child protection was not mentioned and counsellors do need an awareness of this . See for example Leiland James Corkhill from Cumbria—this baby was killed and the counsellor was totally unaware of her wider responsibilities to children when she was working with the baby’s adoptive Mum. I took a lot of useful information from the day but I do worry that people venture into this area of work somewhat naively imagining it will be straightforward

  13. Counsellor and Hearing Therapist

This course was really informative and has given me the confidence to get started with couples counselling which I was previously apprehensive of. It gave a clear guide to a solution focussed approach with appropriate materials to supplement existing counselling skills in a step by step goal orientated way. There was a lot of time for discussion with other therapists with all levels of experience, some already involved in couples counselling and some not. There was a lot of insight and opportunities to ask relative questions. The presenter (Jennifer) led the group well. The only reason I have not given 5 stars is because I do not think enough time was set aside to discuss sexual issues in relationships, which several of my individual clients come to me with. However there are some resourses in the reading materials sent out alongside the course and a lot of the other attendees recommended books and videos in the chat. All in all, if you want to get started in couples therapy I think this is a good place to start. The course cost £145 and was well worth the money.

  14. Counsellor

The course was very well structured and offered a great deal of information which I will take forward to help me in my practice. The tutor was very informative and delivered the course well.

  15. Tina Chatterley, HG Therapist

Learnt some good tools to use with clients Loved the grid. Always good to reconnect with HG principles

  16. Psychotherapist

This course provided everything that it promised. It was fast paced, yet there was time for discussion and questions. There were lots of practical strategies and ideas to be able to support couples. I now feel much more confident to work in this area.

  17. Rebecca Flintham, Therapist

I enjoyed the day as the content was of interest to me and was easy to engage with, although there was a lot of information! I understand that it was given as a way to show the different possibilities and ways of working and that you wouldn’t use it all with clients in one session. I will need time to reflect and decide which bits to pick up initially to take into my work. Jennifer made it all sound so natural – it was at her fingertips and held with deep understanding, which was engaging and inspiring to listen to. No nonsense, direct, human, clear, relatable. I can imagine she is a wonderful guide and companion for couples trying to navigate their relational issues and unmet needs, as she very much was for the delegates in today’s training. Thank you Jennifer for sharing this training so generously.

  18. Psychotherapeutic Counsellor

Loved the course. Fabulous presenter loved her accent Just what I was looking for in additional training.

  19. Psychotherapeutic Counsellor & Supervisor

This was a really well put together course, containing a comprehensive structure and array of information to support working with couples.

  20. Sue Bramhall, Business and Personal Coach

What an excellent day – the content was fascinating the presenter so knowledgeable and engaging and the admin done perfectly! As somebody who trains and coaches professionally I found it all round to be superbly done! Thank you!

  21. Victoria, Person Centred Counsellor

Excellent course, really useful and full of good ideas. A great platform for working with couples.

  22. Nathan May, Family & Couples Systemic Psychotherapist

This course was very informative and very well presented by Jennifer, who is clearly a highly skilled and very experienced couples therapist. I would highly recommend this course to anyone wanting to do couples therapy.

  23. Project Manager/Therapist

This was the first course I’ve done with Human Givens and as an integrative therapist it was great to see how the approach is used and something new for me to think about. From a couples perspective, I don’t work with them just yet but I intend to and this was a great first look into how to approach working with couples, I felt it went into enough detail that you could take a lot from but it not be too hard work for days course. I felt Jennifer delivered the course well considering its online, and really felt her knowledge and experience come through. I enjoyed the course, and felt it had enough good breaks to break up the day. If I was to make a suggestion for any things to consider maybe some more group work? However I get it’s only a day and there is a bit to get through. Thank you, and worth the investment for the CPD.

  24. Nicky Adams, Psychotherapist

Clear, engaging tutor. Excellent variety and sharing of experiences / questions.
Well planned, informative day with practical examples used that I can now take into my practice.

  25. Psychologist

I am very satisfied with the training. Both the content and scripts are very useful.

  26. Emma Nicholson, Counsellor

I thought this course was fantastic. The content was interesting and I am amazed that the amount of content was squeezed into a day that felt well paced. I also thought that the break room exercise was well considered and well timed.

  27. Integrative Counsellor

I found this course fantastic. I really enjoyed how Jennifer bought the material to life with helpful hints and tips and how to apply the material in the therapy room. Before starting this course I was unsure whether I wanted to work with couples, but I now feel confident to do so. I would recommend this course to anyone thinking to work with couples or anyone already working with couples and would like extra resources to use.

  28. Latania Kennard, School Counsellor

This course was highly practical and helped to cement my Human Givens knowledge. Jennifer is highly engaging and provided high-quality training.

  29. Counsellor

Content rich and relevant, toolkit varied and useful. Jennifer’s delivery of content was clear, upbeat, enthusiastic, encouraging – it exceeded my expectations.

  30. Counsellor

As a counsellor who has only recently started working with couples, I found the course so helpful in terms of developing my practice, giving me more of a sense of direction and clarity in how I work. The course was well-presented by Jennifer, who was friendly and engaging. I also appreciated the comprehensive handouts we’ve been sent, as they will be invaluable to refer to and use going forward.

  31. Keith Nelson, Counselling Psychologist

It was excellent. The instructor was very competent, and very importantly, she was able to clearly, simply and interestingly convey the material. She was also very accommodating of our questions.

  32. Nicola Branson, Counsellor

The course was very comprehensive and well structured with clear, concise handouts and a really good reading list. All questions were answered thoroughly and Jennifer adapted to suit the needs of the attendees.

  33. Pamela Allen, Psychotherapist

The course was clearly defined, comprehensively delivered, extremely informative and very encouraging. I had undergone relationship therapy in the past (with a different provider) and I couldn’t say what it would be like for me as a newcomer to the subject. But it covered so many areas that both consolidated my understanding and provided new material, especially in the Human Givens approach which I’m beginning to really appreciate. It really resonates with me. Jennifer is calm, interesting, engaging and not at all ‘I know more than you’ even though she clearly does and has masses of useful experience. She uses examples, metaphor, skills-based psych-ed and humour – and has plenty of time for all sorts of questions, none of which was received with any feeling of judgement. There was additional material, the IT facilitator was always right on the ball in the chat column with links to resources and further information, and answering questions when she could without interrupting Jennifer’s flow. I cannot recommend this course highly enough.

  34. Rachael Livesey, Counsellor

Extremely impressed and inspired by the content of today’s course. Jennifer was clear, precise and extremely passionate about the method. I have learnt so much and look forward to applying some methods and techniques that I have learnt on today’s course.

  35. Pauline Ronan, HG Psychotherapist

A very practical, well organised and well-delivered course. I have taken so much from the day and feel equipped to start delivering this service in my private practice.

  36. Counsellor (newly qualified)

I learnt a great deal, and Jennifer’s presenting style was excellent.

  37. Counsellor

A clear, concise, helpful introduction to both an interesting, useful technique and working with couples.

  38. Helen Bruce, Psychotherapist

An engaging course, well-presented, interesting theory detail and lots of practical ideas and tips. Especially useful for anyone looking to work in a goal-oriented, solution-focused way with clients. I also enjoyed the input from other participants discussing their client work. It’s an ideal amount of information to take away from one day’s training, and I certainly felt it added to my skill-set. It all seemed to run very smoothly and the written material is well-written and presented. Thank you to all involved and I look forward to attending other Human Givens courses in the future.

  39. Jeannette Goodrum, HG Counsellor

As a Human Givens therapist of many years, the day was a repeat if what I have been previously taught and obviously how I work with clients. However it was good to revisit the subject and apply it to couple work and it has given me the opportunity to reflect on this work and how I can improve my practice. The format of the day was excellent. Time for plenty of questions and interaction with Jennifer. The notes were also very good and included all the information that can be re-read at a later date.

  40. Catharine Uglow, Coach and Therapist

Jennifer was extremely knowledgeable on the subject of couples therapy and applied this in an engaging and inspiring way. The course was full of really helpful tools and examples of how to navigate working with couples. The day was well run from timekeeping and administrative perspective too! A really positive day which has given me the confidence to start work in this area.

  41. Psychotherapist

I very much appreciated Jennifer as a teacher in that she is clear and easy to understand. For me personally, I felt it was too basic and we spent too much time listening to everyone’s questions and comments. For such a short one day course, I was hoping for more information and teaching rather than listening to participants own personal experiences. I am hesitating to attend the other 2 courses Jennifer offers as I don’t personally feel I got value for money. Thank you anyway for the time and effort it takes to present a one day workshop.

  42. Fashion Designer

The course focused on the intricacies of couple therapy, delving into the various types of relationships and the necessary guidelines for therapists to safeguard themselves and their clients. We explored the concept of the 5 love languages and the challenges therapies face when couples have differing love languages. It was eye-opening to learn that some partners attend therapy merely to demonstrate to their significant other that they have made an effort, without any genuine intention of making the relationship work. This presented a unique challenge for therapists, as they had to guide these individuals towards understanding that there is still hope and that their relationship can be salvaged with professional assistance. Additionally, we delved into topics such as infidelity and different forms of abuse in relationships, learning how therapists can identify and provide support in these situations.

  43. George Bower, HG Diploma Trainee

First of all, Jennifer delivers insights and experience that inspires confidence expanding one’s practice to couples, especially for HG trained therapists. The course has been invaluable in reconciling non HG practice which is encouraging and it’s clear HG enhance these approaches in a robust way.

  44. Anna McGrath, Psychotherapist

I was delighted with this course and the very interesting material I now have to work with in my practice with couples. I thought that Jennifer provided comprehensive explanations that helped to see how the theory works in practice. I would recommend this course to other therapists who are also interested in working with couples. Thank you Human Givens.

  45. Psychotherapist

Having completed a couples course some years ago, I have struggled to find couples CPD courses, so I was interested by this one day course. The was my first Human Givens course and I was very impressed by the admin, structure, trainer and course materials. This a different approach to how I was initially trained but draws on many of the Gottman principles that I use day to day. But what I found most useful was the here and now/solution focused approach.

  46. Lindsay Woods, Therapist

I thought this course was brilliantly managed and delivered. Both Jennifer and Arlene were helpful and welcoming. Nothing was too much. Lots of new information for me and the detail into explaining and exploring was amazing. I left feeling very able to now work with couples.

  47. Jayne Wiltowski, Hypnotherapist & Counsellor

I have already started to put into practice some of the skills I have learnt from this course. It was incredibly informative, well presented, and even on Zoom it felt inclusive and friendly. (I’m not a big Zoom fan). The course notes were excellent and expanded on what was presented really well. Jennifer is most definitely an excellent presenter/teacher. I am certainly going to look at doing other courses on offer, the approach you teach sits so comfortably in the way I work. I would have no issues at all recommending your course and indeed your college to anyone else.

  48. Linda Norrie, Counsellor/Psychotheapist

Thank you so much for this training. Jennifer’s skill and way of being was very much appreciated. Her freely shared knowledge and professionalism shone through. I take away from the course strategies that are not only useful in couples counselling, but in general relationships. The 7 – 11 breathing a staple learned from a previous course. I have already used since viewing the recording, the fantastic grid sheet with a client. The client’s relationship has broken up and the grid is helpful for us both to look back at how he got his emotional needs met before the relationship and during the relationship. It was very emotional for him and a wonderful way to explore his feelings of emptiness. I will listen again as it is rich in so many ways. I will do more of the online training courses as it works best for my diary. The recordings mean I can access more. I would appreciate if the recording was available for longer. Very best wishes to you all.

  49. Counsellor

Facilitator was well prepared, informed and passionate about the material she was presenting. She made the course interesting with stories, metaphors and good humour. I like the Human Givens philosophy and found the principles easy to apply to this couples course. Overall an enjoyable and interesting day.

  50. Human Givens Therapist

Excellent course – was able to use this straight away as with all the other informative Human Givens courses. Thank you!

  51. Counselling Therapist

Really informative. I feel it has given me the tools and confidence to begin my journal of couples counselling. Many thanks.

  52. Cathy Wragg, Counsellor/Psychotherapist

Although I am a person centred counsellor, my clients seem to want to delve a lot into their past and seek reasons for their situations. I do try and work in the here and now. That is why I found the tools in this course so interesting as I believe they would provide a very practical way to help many of my clients deal with some of their very deep rooted situations in a more successful way. Thank you!

  53. Psychotherapist/Counsellor

Great training! Full to the brim with info, tips and clear structure/ideas to consider in professional practice. Just what I needed to help me confidently work with couples.

  54. Sarah Craske, Couple and Family Psychotherapist

Well organised and delivered. I have been a couple therapist for 25 years but found many useful tools and ideas as well as a refresher on familiar ideas. Thank you.

  55. Graeme Armstrong, Couple Counsellor

Excellent course providing both a good way of building a rapport with couples and a set of practical resources.

  56. Psychotherapist

This is a great introduction to couples work and the Human Givens approach. It covers both the theory and a wide range of practical skills for working with couples. It provides structure while recognising the individuality of clients and their needs.

  57. Richard Munn, HG Therapist

The material was very clearly presented by Jennifer with space for questions, which were very thoughtfully answered. I’m now much more confident applying the HG principles to begin working with couples.

  58. Lorna McKenzie, Counsellor/Psychotherapist

Really enjoyed the course. Jennifer’s teaching was clear and easy to understand. I felt she gave of herself in examples of case studies, etc. The handouts are very much appreciated.

  59. Karen FitzGerald, Mental Health Nurse

A big subject tackled really well. Lots of excellent content with practical guides and tips to use.

  60. Trainee HG Psychotherapist

The course was full of so much practical advice and tools we can take away and use instantly.

  61. Mediator

Very informative and generous with resources – thank you.

  62. Psychologist

    Very helpful – thanks.

  63. Counsellor

Very informative and some interesting examples of client scenarios. Clear presentation and great resources given in the chat as they were mentioned. I felt it could have been a little more interactive in terms of activities in breakout rooms with other delegates, as I enjoyed the one exercise done that way.

  64. Systemic Psychotherapist

    Really informative and practical.

  65. Counsellor

Full, dynamic, stimulating and thought-provoking. I feel I have taken a lot away to now go and start to digest.

  66. Kevin Williams, Integrative Counsellor

I really enjoyed the course and found it very informative. I really do not know where to start as I took so much away that I hope to now blend into my future relationships/couples work. Some great resources that I will be bringing into my work to support both my clients and myself. Human Givens was an unknown to me, but a pleasant surprise.

  67. Hypnotherapist

The course is packed with information and very useful tools. It is very clear and well supported with slides and course notes. Jennifer uses many examples and case studies to demonstrate her explanations and further clarify any questions. I really enjoyed the training – thank you.

  68. Tina Reeder, Psychotherapeutic Counsellor & Hypnotherapist

Very well presented and it has provided me with the tools to confidently take couples for counselling. I have kept the notes to refer back to which is also helpful. Thank you for an interesting and informative course.

  69. John, Psychotherapist

It offered a brilliant balanced view of practical and pragmatic ideas, techniques and knowledge to enable therapists to take their first steps in doing couples therapy, but it also offered a great deal of information and education for experienced practitioners to improve their effectiveness in the art of couple counselling. Jennifer’s communication style makes it fun and amusing, and she offers a safe and warm environment in which to learn.

  70. Psychotherapist

Informative and insightful throughout. I loved how Jennifer wove resources and tools through the RIGAAR structure while bringing the theory alive with relevant case studies.

  71. Trainee HG Therapist

Packed with really practical stuff – made me feel much more confident to deal with couples.

  72. Musician, Teacher & Coach

I’ve not worked with couples before but have a client possibly wanting to do so. I have been a bit hesitant to accept but after the course I feel I have the knowledge and tools to be able to work with confidence with a couple.

  73. Therapist

An interesting course packed with useful ideas and helpful information

  74. Therapist

The person who delivered the course was confident and knowledgeable. I have learned a lot today.

  75. Teacher/Massage Therapist/HG trainee

This course was excellent in all ways. Jennifer is extremely eloquent and knowledgeable and it is easy to listen to her and become engaged fully with the subject. The way Jennifer explained the subject matter and added her experience with clients was superb. Jennifer has a wealth of knowledge and she brought this to the course with confidence and is relaxed and friendly and very approachable for questions. The zoom link worked well too. I would thoroughly recommend this course.

  76. Sian Baker, Counsellor

Excellent course, Jennifer made it feel very alive, with so many useful stories and clear explanations given. A fantastic amount of useful information and great tools to take away and use in couple work.
Thank you for a great day.

  77. Psychotherapist

The course was fantastic – really rich in information and materials, with lots of time for discussion. Jennifer was a great course leader and all the support materials were really well organised by Arlene. I feel well equipped at the end of the course to go out and expand my work with couples.

  78. Marion Cuthill, Trainee Human Givens Counsellor

Excellent as always with HG it is focused common sense to me.

  79. Don, Psychotherapist

There is a huge amount of information given in this Course. Luckily, the handout was very full, and it was easy to add more notes when Jennifer discussed aspects in further detail.
It deepened my approach to couples counselling, which I have done specifically a few times already. The material is clearly also useful even in “normal” client therapy. Most clients are either in or affected by personal relationships anyway, and I have often found it very relevant to enquire about the partner/spouse, for instance, as that element of someone’s improvement is certainly affected by that connection. So again, Jennifer’s approach is going to be even more helpful with that aspect of therapy. Thank you!

  80. Evelyne Thomas, Couples Therapist - HG Practitioner

Thank you Jennifer for generously sharing your knowledge and experience in this rich training. The course beautifully complements my training in couple’s work and I look forward to putting more focus on emotional needs within the relationship.

  81. Relationship Therapist

Thank you. This course was very good. I’ve been in practice for a few years now as a couples counsellor and wanted to take part in the Human Givens course because I’m so keen on the approach. It didn’t disappoint.

  82. Ama Clarke, Counsellor

I felt the course was full of information, structure, and anecdotes to help me feel confident enough and skilled enough to provide couples counselling.

  83. Mark Hepburn, Counsellor

Thought the course was really good. Excellent in the morning with interaction and content. Bit harder in the afternoon. Overall really enjoyable and might have liked a little more on the menopause aspects and impact on relationship rather than the personality disorder type content. None the less it was a good day.

  84. Therapist

I enjoyed the day and was impressed at how smoothly it went on Zoom – my first experience of online learning.
Jennifer was able to put her passion for the subject across well and I now feel more confident with working with couples. I love the Human Givens and base all my work on meeting our emotional needs, so it was great to have this knowledge applied to working with couples.
There was a great deal to cover and lots of questions from participants, and it felt a little rushed towards the end, with some areas being skimmed over. Maybe another hour or so would have been beneficial..

  85. Anita Campbell, Psychotherapist

The course was very informative and gave me a good idea for structuring my couples sessions. I particularly enjoyed the ideas for using short term solution focused to facilitate clients to come up with ideas for their own tasks to complete and to also help clients to
specifically identify what it is they like their partner doing and to be encouraged to say this.

  86. Pauline, HG Therapist

Good overview of emotional needs, resources, RIGGAR. Excellent course notes and handouts. Jennifer gave a very informative response to my specific request for information relating to co-dependency and narcissism.

  87. Joanne Freeman, Integrative Counsellor and Stress Management Coach

Well presented. The tutor knew her subject. Resources really good, especially as I can print them and use with clients.
I liked the structure of how the couples counselling is delivered in real time with real clients, however I find when it is too structured, for example week 1 we use the needs inventory, week 2 we do this, week 3 we do that etc….
So I like to mix some structure with whatever comes up in the session as if when the client presents something.
Thank you for an enjoyable informative course.

  88. Olesya Holmes, Counsellor

Very informative and interesting. I wish there were more practical exercises. Thank you.

  89. Counsellor

The course was informative. It felt a bit rushed in parts, but there was a lot of very useful content. I would have liked to see examples of couples counselling

  90. Kerry Coles-Poyser, Person Centred-Counsellor

This couples therapy course was fantastic! Jennifer Broadley spoke from such helpful experience and I could have listened to her all day! She made the content enjoyable and I now feel confident to push forward with my couples work.

  91. Counsellor

The training was excellent and you don’t have to be a Human Givens practitioner to find value in it, especially if you’re already predisposed to working with sessions being structured (similar to Single Session Therapy) and applying a goal oriented approach (there’s overlap with Solution Focused Therapy). These elements (structure and goals) were evident in the delivery too, and Jennifer Broadley presents well and shares her expertise clearly and usefully. I found it was a day well spent, and in good company.

  92. Matthew Hopkins, Therapist

An excellent, common sense and practical approach to Couples Therapy. Typical high standard of course as always from Human Givens College.

  93. Claire, Therapeutic Life Coach

This was a very informative course and has helped me to build confidence in expanding my current practice to work with couples. Jennifer presented the material in an engaging way that drew on her own work, which helped to bring the topic to life with real examples. Jennifer didn’t over complicate the process and shared with us a practical model for working with couples whilst holding with core principles of being non-directive and working with only what the client brings. The discussion around blending both individual and couples therapy for the same clients was pragmatic and reflected our reality that the relationship is a creation of two individuals and each couple will need to define their own tolerance for closeness and separateness that will fluctuate over the duration of the relationship.

  94. Fiona Sharpe-Adams, Counsellor

Really informative, great to have actual toolkits to start with couples.

  95. Counsellor

Jenny gave a very clear explanation to all the topics and models. Great insights into new ways of working to allow more flexibility in my toolkit. Especially liked the idea of Rewind and will be looking more into this. Also the RIGGAR was a new one on me, but can see how it can help in ‘some’ cases to allow a more speedy progress.

  96. PHD Student in Counselling

As a busy person and a Mom with children, online is a really good solution for me to professionally grow without the need to travel and juggle more responsibilities. Very happy to get this chance.

  97. Counsellor

I really enjoyed today’s session, it was informative and engaging. I will definitely be using the tools given to us and I look forward to more courses in the future.

  98. Counsellor

Jennifer was clearly very experienced and knowledgeable as well as captivating to watch! I feel equipped to make a start with couples. Would highly recommend to anyone.

  99. Psychotherapist

It was a detailed course on the basics of couples work.

  100. Danielle Gibson, PCT Therapist

Jennifer was excellent and willing to answer any questions. I particularly enjoyed the toolkit she provided such as the 5 – 1 technique and the love language tools. I feel full of knowledge and can’t wait to sit and process it all. Thank you HG team.

  101. Counsellor

I really enjoyed the course, it had a good balance between tools to use and previous couple experience in real life sessions.

  102. Paul Smith, Counsellor

The course exceeded my expectations, it was very informative and presented in a way that I enjoyed both of which helped me get a lot from attending. The handouts and course notes were extremely full and almost like getting the course in written form also. I am already looking at booking in other courses from Human Givens.

  103. Counsellor and University Tutor PgDip Psychotherapy course

Thank you so much for the day. Without doubt the best and most comprehensive masterclass I have attended yet. While I am not doing the HG diploma I have completed several HG courses including the rewind and all were of an exceptional standard which I integrate into my practice. But my goodness what an amazing informative day delivered with passion and skill.

  104. Specialist Palliative Care Counsellor

Hi, I am a Specialist Palliative Care Counsellor working in a Hospice. I am regularly asked to meet patients who want their spouse to accompany them during the session. Having had no couples training up until now, I have been finding this daunting at times, so the one day Masterclass really appealed to me. I am pleased to say that I found the day really beneficial. It was really interesting and engaging and really helpful practically. It was really difficult at the end of the day to pick out one thing that I found as being the most useful – I think everything taught yesterday could be integrated into my practice at work. The course has even given me the confidence to offer couples therapy within my private practice. Thank you very much for an interesting and informative day.

  105. Sandra Churchill, Solution Focused Hypnotherapist

I thoroughly enjoyed this course, it was informative and engaging and has given me the tools I need to introduce Couples Therapy into my practice. I would have no hesitation in recommending this to others. Thank you for a great day.

  106. Gavin Caird, Psychotherapist

Very informative and practical. Also loved the trainer’s insights. Plenty to take away to use when working with couples and individuals, and indeed in own relationship.

  107. Counsellor

Really informative and helpful to have a guide for some structure to sessions. I have previously completed a 4 day couples course which was person centred. I now feel more equipped with some tools to be more curious with couples. The only thing I felt was missing was issues with intimacy. Thank you

  108. Annie Ryan, Counsellor/Therapist

Lots of information, some useful tools. Sadly, connection problems for the facilitator.

  109. Sarah, Psychotherapist

I enjoyed today’s Couples Counselling CPD from the Human Givens perspective. The methods taught will be implemented into my practice very well. The host was experienced, clear and informative. I would recommend it to colleagues. Thank you

  110. Psychotherapist

Wonderfully presented and very informative, with the training schedule easy to follow and covered well. The notes given prior to the course were extremely helpful to have on hand. I thoroughly enjoyed the course and feel I have come away with some great strategies to use, and deeper knowledge of working with couples.

  111. Katie Cowling, Counsellor

This course was very interesting and I learnt a lot in one day. I would definitely recommend this course and the organisation.

  112. Megan, Counsellor

An extremely informative and engaging course. As I’m coming to the end of my L4 diploma, I knew I wanted to expand my knowledge and work with couples and feel I picked the perfect course to kick start with. Jennifer is friendly and approachable, making it easy to ask questions throughout. I would highly recommend this course!

  113. Counsellor

Fantastic course! It has given me total confidence to work with couples. Both presenters were extremely knowledgeable, efficient and compassionate.

  114. Corinne Harris, Counsellor

Jennifer is a good and engaging tutor. She is passionate about her subject. Unfortunately I had misjudged the level of the course content (it was labelled a ‘masterclass’) and I was not introduced to anything new. My couples counselling work already includes everything discussed during the day.

  115. Ronnie Balfe, Counsellor and Psychotherapist

Concentrated, useful and practical info, well presented and well facilitated.

  116. Psychologist

This was an excellent workshop – great balance of theory, skills and interaction. Very well organised, structured with course handouts etc. provided in advance.

  117. Mari Gallagher, Counsellor and Psychotherapist

Jennifer’s comprehensive knowledge and experience was evident during this course. Practical tips were given and insights shared. I learned about building rapport on Zoom, the technique of The Rule of Five, how to apply the RIGGAR model, how to diffuse high emotion situations in a couples session, and how to conduct individual/solo sessions effectively and ethically. It was wonderful to be able to participate in such a worthwhile and useful event in the comfort of my home, no travel stress or time pressure! The handouts and resources provided are clear and promptly delivered. I will be recommending this course to my colleagues.

  118. Diane McCarthy, Counsellor

Very informative and interesting. Great that training provided practical tools! Loved how it was presented. Shame about the technical difficulties, but didn’t impact too much.

  119. Counsellor and End of Life Doula (in training)

Useful and informative information and guidance on working with couples

  120. Nurse

Very interesting and I feel that I learnt a lot. I understand a lot more now about why people have relationship problems and again, the Human Givens approach seems perfect for this.

  121. Jennifer Loudon, International Programs Manager

I’ve been interested in taking this course for a while and it didn’t disappoint. Although the majority of the course participants were trained and practicing therapists and I am not, the course was easy to access and suitable for all, regardless of background. I was with my husband for nearly 20 years before being widowed 8 years ago. Navigating a world of dating and new relationships is hard and building a new relationship proved difficult, but this course has given me great insights and tools to start and maintain a new relationship on the right foot. And with so many others around me also struggling, I also look forward to helping others.

  122. Debora South, Occupational Therapist

A great and logical insight into relationships and how they work. Has given me more tools to use when diffusing stressful interactions! Trainer was very experienced and a pleasure to listen to.

  123. Victoria Day, Counsellor

I found the course very interesting with lots of information, but would have liked more chance to interact with other peers as a way to process and absorb all the information learned.

  124. Counsellor

The information is good. It would be good if there could be a role play of how RIGGAR can be used so we can see how it is done.

  125. Ruth Andoh-Baxter, Psychotherapeutic Counsellor

The course was interesting and informative with useful tips and techniques to embed into couples work. The breakout sessions were helpful

  126. Counsellor and Psychotherapist

I found the course really accessible and particularly enjoyed the examples from practice given by the facilitator. Loved that a lot of emphasis was put on how we can work effectively with couples and what this looks like in practice.

  127. Gloria Vujcich, Counsellor

Love the way it was structured. Like that it was a brief solution focused therapy combined with a human givens approach.

  128. Family health advisor

Fantastic information, case studies, techniques and tips.

  129. Psychologist

The day was a great learning experience. A lot was covered in one day. It was very thorough and gave a detailed overview of the Human Givens Approach of working with couples in therapy. Some very useful tools were provided. Based on what I learnt on the day, I feel more confident to work with couples.

  130. CBT Therapist, Hypnotherapist, OCD Coach

    Excellent tutor, superb course.

  131. James McCluskey, Integrative Counsellor and Hypnotherapist

Excellent presenter with good structured content and a wealth of strong stories, metaphors and techniques that could be used for numerous situations. Exceeded my expectations and I can thoroughly recommend it for its content and value for money.

  132. Amanda Carter-Blackford, Psychotherapist

Jennifer Broadley delivered this course in a professional, engaging and highly understandable way. There was a suitable mix of theory, content, case study reference and tips on further reading and exploration. I ordered the recommended books immediately as my interest in this area of counselling is great. I cannot wait to get started and work with clients. I am relatively new to the area of the Human Givens approach, having done a couple of other courses. I am not a fan of Zoom, but found myself completely absorbed in Jennifer’s delivery. I loved her style and feel really encouraged and motivated to work in this area. Thank you!

  133. Paul Collison, Therapist

I have attended quite a lot of online courses and I must say today’s course was one of the best I’ve attended. Really interesting. Very well run. Really helped to have the Facilitator and someone doing all the online tech. Great great great !!!!!

  134. Counsellor

Very good course, enlightening and easy to understand. Not about how perfect you are in therapy but about taking the steps. I would have preferred more practical aspect of this course but not enough time. Overall, the tutor did a very good job in presenting.

  135. Anika Sparling, Counsellor/Psychotherapist

This was a brilliant course and I enjoyed it a lot. The presentation was very good and I like that we got a lot of useful information emailed to us. There are a good few new skills I’m taking away with me to integrate into my work with couples. Thank you!

  136. Beth Hamilton, Private Psychotherapist

Presenter; Jennifer is enigmatic, energised and passionate about her topic. The way she put across the subject was joyful, she filled me with the knowledge I will need and the confidence that I can do couples counselling, having avoided it for years. She made the process of couples counselling look so easy. I thoroughly enjoyed watching her, she is a credit to HG. Presentation; was perfect, good PP slides, robust notes in order of the presentation and the whole day was sprinkled with Jennifer’s case studies and experiences with her clients. It was great to be able to ask questions and even better to be able to watch the replay later as I don’t want to have missed any of Jennifer’s wisdom.

  137. Claire de la Varre, Hypnotherapist and Human Givens Therapist

I loved Jennifer’s natural, amiable and thoughtful delivery style. The content was very helpful, and I have come away feeling that this material can apply not only to couples in romantic or intimate partnerships but to any dyad e.g. parent-child, siblings or friends. I learned tools and strategies that I can use immediately, with clients and in my own relationships.

  138. Clare Wells, HG counsellor

Would highly recommend to anyone. So much information to digest, being a HG therapist some of it was familiar, but the exercises were great and the specific language with couples really useful. The guided imagery was beautiful, I loved the warm rock safely watching things go by! Jennifer is a talented teacher!

  139. Rachel, Counsellor and supervisor

An excellent workshop; well paced, packed with relevant and useful content, and lots of practical examples.

  140. Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

I appreciate the structured RIGAAR model which takes chatting in a counselling room to therapeutic goals. This course gave very practical ways of interacting with couples that can be translated to working with other dyads. I feel confident to practice what I learned today.

  141. Daniella, Psychotherapeutic counsellor (part-time) and NHS staff member (part-time)

Jennifer is incredible! Her teaching was warm, upbeat, amazingly informative and superb quality. I loved that we focused on her imparting her knowledge, experience (with anonymised case studies) and wisdom rather than endlessly be put into breakout rooms to “reflect”. It felt like a genuinely dynamic use of time.

  142. Genevieve Smith, Psychotherapist

It’s was a really good day. Very interesting and enjoyable. I’ve learnt lots. Thank you.

  143. Helen Hill, Counselling and Psychotherapy

The course was informative and helpful. I am already practicing as a couples counsellor it was nice to see the methods I put in place were also used by yourselves. I felt re assured I was not missing anything in my therapy after listening to tutors and other counsellors. I picked up a few other helpful tips. I am 20 years experienced and been out of the field for a while so it was nice to come back into the classroom (or Zoom room).

  144. Esther Limberg-Birks, Fusion Therapeutic Life Coach

I found this online training excellent, professional, interesting and informative. It was a full day which I found a beneficial add on to my training. I am now confident and excited that this is a service that I can offer my clients.

  145. Anna Bialous-Griffiths, Psychologist, psychotherapist

Great training, very practical and full of important information.

  146. Catriona Mason, Human Givens Psychotherapist

I had eagerly anticipated this workshop being repeated online. I was really looking forward to it and I wasn’t disappointed. Even though it was on zoom it held my attention all day with its fast pace, slick presentation and interactive exercises. I have been taught by Jennifer before and her energy and vibrancy is highly motivational and very contagious. I left the day wondering how the time had gone so quickly and excited to be opening up my private practice to couples therapy with confidence. Can’t recommend this workshop enough. Thank you!

  147. Catherine Neil, Human Givens Therapist

This is an immensely useful and practical day spent thinking about how to work effectively with couples. The group leader/tutor is warm and engaging and puts across her knowledge and experience in useful ways including peppering her talk with anecdotes of real work with clients which was helpful to hear.

  148. Christina MacDonald, Counselling

Well structured and excellent and relevant content. Provides a framework to work with providing the client with effective and value for money therapy.

  149. Ahmed Motiwala, Psychotherapist

I found this course extremely useful for my learning and future practice of couples counselling.

  150. Elaine Supple, Counsellor / Psychotherapist

I found the course very informative both theoretically and practically. Jennifer Broadly’s teaching style was easy to understand and very engaging. She shared her wealth of knowledge and her hands on experience with humility, wisdom and humour. What a great combination! Great day!

  151. Counsellor/Psychotherapist

I found the Couples Therapy Masterclass provided a very good blend of theory, practical tools and real world illustrations. Jennifer was open about her own experiences in her practice of couple therapy with some useful scenarios. Her delivery was clear, vulnerable and with a soupçon of good humour. The interaction amongst attendees was very pleasant and well managed. Well done to Jennifer and the Human Givens team for staging this very professionally during the latest lockdown.

  152. Counsellor

Really great course. Informative, useful and engaging. Will definitely be using some of the tools given and I feel more confident to work with couples.

  153. Iakovos Flaskis, Hypnotherapist-Psychotherapist, Company co-owner

The knowledge and skills that I acquired from the seminar are truly priceless, not only for my therapeutic practice, but also for my own personal relationships! Thank you.

  154. Counsellor in Private Practice

This was interesting and informative for me looking to start adding couples work to my practice. This complemented some other training I have undertaken and has given me confidence around how to manage this element in practical ways.

  155. Psychotherapist

I have been a couples therapist for two decades. I took this course to freshen up and re-remind me of my passion. It did not disappoint. Although I’m not a Human Givens therapist the approach makes sense to me. I loved the tutor’s enthusiasm and own passion for the work.

  156. Dawn Anderson, Paramedic and Psychotherapeutic Counsellor

I found the course to be well-paced, informative, interesting and professionally presented. As a fairly newly qualified counsellor, I was aware of a shortfall in couples’ training (within my core study) but feel much more confident now about working with couples.

  157. Julia Ellis, Retired Local Authority Housing Advisor / HG Student

An excellent & insightful course, lots of practical examples, informative & very useful. I’m inspired to continue to learn about the HG approach to therapy. Thank you for a great course.

  158. Gillian Legge, Human Givens Counsellor

I thought there was just the right amount of presentation by Jennifer and engagement with participants through exercises and question time. I feel, with the content covered, I am definitely more confident in providing couples counselling in any future sessions. It also helped with furthering my understanding male/female perspectives of relationships for individual clients that enter therapy for relationship problems. A good refresher also of the effectiveness of the framework of RIGAAR. Thank you for a very interesting and most informative day.

  159. Counsellor

A very informative, enlightening and engaging course. Learnt so much and the facilitator’s delivery was excellent.

  160. PR & Marketing Consultant

Jennifer is a talented teacher, her vast experience in couples therapy was evident in her online course. So much was covered and I learnt a lot that will help develop my skills as a counsellor.

  161. Dirk Plas, Body psychotherapist

I found the content very useful. For me more hands on would be way more useful than going through the notes the whole day. I can read the course notes myself. So I think a more exercise based workshop would carry more worth.

  162. Sandy Willis, Counselling therapist

Pre reading was very informative. I found the RIGAAR model particularly beneficial, I will be applying this model in my practice.

  163. Hilary Kearns, Human Givens Therapist

Great information and insights on working with couples. Would certainly encourage me to do so. Excellent content. Delighted with the Zoom delivery, saved on all the time and cost of travelling.

  164. Psychotherapist

The course was well presented, with insightful information and case studies.

  165. Clinical Hypnotherapist and RTT Therapist

The course was both interesting and useful. I felt, as with other HG courses I have done, that it would have benefitted from being longer.. so much information that could have been delved into in greater depth. But it was good, clear and concise. Jennifer is a proficient and engaging tutor.

  166. Roxy Blumgart, Counsellor

I think the course is a real eye opener. I learned so much about couples counselling but with active tools to give clients. The tutor was excellent and the quality of the course was very good. Slightly rushed and a few important issues such as domestic abuse could have been given more time. But apart from that I found it excellent.

  167. HR Director/ Executive Coach

Really enjoyed this course, it really worked well online. Great to dispel some myths and to hear about real life experiences. Thanks

  168. Colin Mawhinney, Therapist

Well structured and delivered with enthusiasm – was comprehensive and coherent.

  169. IT Contractor / Part time therapist

Very insightful, lots of high quality information.

  170. Integrative Therapist

As a therapist already working with individuals I felt it was time to broaden my client base and skill set and start working with couples. Not know where to start or how to structure the sessions this masterclass has answered both of those questions for me. There is a lot of content, all useful and I now feel I have the confidence to give couples therapy a go. Thank you so much!

  171. Emma Grey, Psychotherapist

Being an experienced therapist, already working with couples, I found the insights to be of a sufficient depth to benefit my practice. The alignment and integration of approaches was useful for all delegates. Despite the event being ‘virtual’ there was adequate provision for questions and discussion, which was very welcome and felt natural. Hats off to Jennifer! The notes were the most comprehensive of any HG 1-day course so date.

  172. Aimee Harris, Counsellor

Very good, really informative and well presented.

  173. Lucy Harris, Counsellor/Psychotherapist

This was an extremely useful day as right from the beginning it was informative and practical. It was also a helpful introduction to Human Givens for those of us not trained in that approach.

  174. Helen Prosper, Play therapist and health coach

This was an excellent course. Full of useful insightful information regarding common issues between couples and great practical tools anyone can use, and how to then support people through their relationship difficulties.

  175. Melanie, Pastor

I was extremely excited to be challenged in expanding my knowledge when it comes to couples therapy. The Human Givens approach is, I believe, a game changer. Regarding couples therapy, it makes the challenge of trying to see what is going on so tangible. Jennifer Broadley did a great job with a large number of participants, she made it intimate and friendly. The subjects that she covered including Caetextia has certainly expanded my understanding and ability to assist couples in their desire to heal and move forward in their relationship. Notably using RIGAAR as a model…hugely helpful. I highly recommend this Couples Therapy course – I didn’t know what I didn’t know until I knew. Enriched and equipped.

  176. Counsellor and Psychotherapist

The information presented on the day was really informative and thought provoking with many practical examples given and has inspired me to develop my skills in this area.

  177. Counsellor

For me, this is one of the best courses I have attended. I find Jennifer’s style of teaching really good – her enthusiasm, ability to relay information in a straightforward and engaging way makes for a really enjoyable day. I had been nervous about working with couples but having completed this training I now feel much more confident.

  178. Retired from education/health background

An interactive presentation, with useful theoretical input re. male/female differences, together with guided presentation of RIGGAR model used in Human Givens approach. Participant exercise sheets, as used in therapy, formed part of teaching day – a useful base for focussing attention. Tutor was experienced and spoke with inspiration and honesty, in an engaging manner – holding the attention of those present. Breaks throughout the session were helpful, together with initial ‘overview’ of participants taking part, at beginning of the day.

  179. Lecturer

The course was very good and I learned lots of different tips on how to try to help couples. It’s given me more confidence.

  180. Martin Dunlea, Human Givens practitioner

Relationships are complex. When the honeymoon period is over and reality bites many couples are confronted with the realisation that they are not getting their needs met within their relationship. Relationships can go off course for a variety of reasons. The Couples Therapy Masterclass equips the therapist with the necessary skills to help couples, who have a desire to do so, get back on course through clarifying the “real problems” and implementing solutions.

  181. Psychotherapist

Good highlighting of practical skills to utilise with couples. Good structure.

  182. Sandra Horne, Therapist

    Good course

  183. Karen Hautz, Dyslexia and ADHD learning coach; HG trainee student (parts 1 & 2)

Jennifer is an engaging presenter whose passion for her work is very evident. I learnt so much on this course and it has given me the confidence to work with couples.

  184. Human Givens Psychotherapist

Firstly, I understand that it is not easy to deliver a course via zoom, the dynamics are quite different and it’s a little difficult to become involved in the class. That withstanding I hope my comments are constructive and not seen as negatively critical. I felt the introduction took too long on zoom and that the first hour wasn’t really very productive. I thought that a lot of the HG information was too basic for HG practitioners. I do understand it is difficult getting the level right with a mixed class. As a general point I think providing HG ‘master classes’ for those with the HG diploma could be really useful, without the need to go over needs, resources, pragmatic tracker etc. Just a thought. I thought the presentation was a little jumpy but again difficult with zoom, I guess. The handouts are good, many thanks and the short video was great.

  185. Georgie Corrywright, Psychotherapist and Herbalist

I have really enjoyed the day. Learnt loads and feel much more confident to start working with couples. Lots to take in, so looking forward to reading my notes.

  186. Counsellor

I found the course to be a great introduction to both working with couples and or their families and to the Human Givens. I feel inspired to learn more about both. Many thanks

  187. Tom Lawrence, HG therapist

Jennifer is an excellent communicator and clearly a gifted therapist who deftly brought her experience and knowledge together for a most interesting and helpful course.

  188. Writer/Life Coach

The course was well structured, informative and gave many examples of hands-on practice of the theories presented which made it directly applicable in a therapeutic setting. It gave me the extra confidence I needed to integrate couples therapy into my practice. Thank you.

  189. Marina Boyle, Psychotherapist

It was a very good informative course with great resources.

  190. Clinical Psychologist, Psychotherapist, Sexologist

Excellent, this really made my practice better.

  191. Integrative therapist

Excellent. I feel equipped with framework to start working with couples. The information was presented clearly and additional interventions were a real bonus. Thank you.

  192. Marie-Pascale Abercombe, Psychotherapist (BACP)

Well structured day, practical examples were helpful, a good foundation to practising couples counselling. Interesting strategies. Jennifer is engaging and presents in a warn and down-to-earth way.

  193. Anna Underwood, Counsellor

Helpful education around couples, gender brain differences, myths etc to help inform couples work and pass on to clients. A useful model for working with couples. Particularly useful was turning general emotional needs into specific, practical goals.

  194. Vera Grey, Counsellor

Gave a great deal of confidence by introducing a structure for sessions and a lot of background information. It was sufficiently broad to be helpful to a range of participants, and had a number of new tools for me to employ as a seasoned counsellor.

  195. Sandra Reimanski, NHS Psychotherapist/counsellor

Well structured and mindblowing… I came with hope and am leaving with a full master skill. Thank you for that!

  196. Jeff Martin, P/T Counsellor

Very informative, useful theory, skills and their practical implementations. Knowledgeable presenter showing experience with examples. Reassured me I can work with couples!

  197. Janet Emmanuel, Voluntary Pastoral Counsellor

Very good. Some very useful aspects to take unto my counselling sessions, practical tips to use for a better outcomes. Glad I attended.

  198. Lisa Maltby, Psychodynamic & Integrative Counsellor

Clear, interesting, well delivered. Good course notes.

  199. Maria Murphy

    The caetextia explanation was great!

  200. Psychologist

A very good overview of the subject – the importance of emotional needs as they relate to couples was also really interesting and will be very useful. Excellent examples throughout. Very glad I came.

  201. Mediator

The insights into the different ways men and women see the world put into context were extremely helpful – and the ways to ensure each party gets its needs met as well as possible was very thought-provoking.

  202. Kate Singer, Psychotherapist/counsellor

Really useful course, wealth of information, interactive trainer. The biological differences of how the brain works and emotional needs audit were particularly useful. Looking forward to next courses.

  203. Physiotherapist/HG Graduate

A most informative day. So much information in a short space of time.

  204. Writer and Therapist

Superb! The tutors’ personal experience made a huge difference to the depth, breadth and quality of teaching.

  205. Clinical Hypnotherapist

I feel much more confident in my skills as a therapist and will also definitely be using what I have learnt today in my own relationship.

  206. Psychotherapist and volunteer mediator

Such a warm, knowledgeable tutor – and obviously a very experienced therapist – it was a pleasure to learn from her.
