  2. Clive Cook

Excellent and very insightful despite me having good knowledge in the area. Ivan has a great way of linking in his practical experiences to add to people’s knowledge and understanding.

  3. Raymonde Perpignani, I am an English Language Teacher, as well as simultanious interpreter in 4 languages

Fascinating notions of Stress. Very good detail explanations. Had only realised like most commoners that stress was only basically related to mental fatigue. Not realising the multitude problems it creates emotionally, physically, mentally.
Really good and instructive webinar. Thank you for your professionalism and guidance.
    best, raymonde Perpignani

This webinar was brief but thorough. It’s forever changed my understanding of both thought induced and physically induced stressors. I strongly believe a good therapist must master themselves first by healing themselves using the methodologies they’re taught. The teacher must also be the student’s student. Like Dr Erickson said “The patient does the therapy” by doing the work first, we can more effectively guide others out of their darkness. This is where you’ll find the flashlight.
